How does per-outlet billing work?: You pay a flat monthly price for each location on Vaaku. Add a location mid-cycle and Stripe prorates it automatically; manage everything (payment method, outlet count, cancellation) yourself from the billing portal in Settings.
Is there really a free trial?: Yes — 14 days on Pro or Chain, no credit card required. If you don't subscribe, your account drops back to the free Starter plan. Nothing is charged.
What's your refund policy?: Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period. If Vaaku wasn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Read the full policy.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes — from Settings → Billing, one click, no calls, no retention flow. Your data stays available on the Starter plan.
